Here’s a review video with Andreas Preuninger, Head of the GT Cars talk about the Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0. The test was conducted on the race track, as the 4liter 911 GT3 RS is essentially a road legal track day car. The 911 GT3 RS 4.0 is a very special model, and Porsche says that it will build only 600 of them.

As its name implies, this Porsche 911 GT3 RS is powered by a 4.0-liter 6-cylinder engine developing 500 hp and 460 Nm of torque. In comparison to the standard GT3 RS, this special model has 50 hp more, mainly thanks to its 0.2 liters of extra displacement.

The German sports car manufacturer says that the Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0 is able to run a lap of the Nurburgring in just 7 minutes and 27 seconds. The official specs of the 911 GT3 RS 4.0 say it can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.9 seconds and that it can rocket from 0 to 200 km/h in just 12 seconds.
