A car tuning company based in Switzerland known by the name of Mansory has always been in the news for some outrageous creations that haven’t always gone down well with the those with even a pinch of aesthetic sense. Some of their creations could only be described as ugly. That said, their latest product that was showcased at the 2012 Geneva motor show was nothing but an eyesore.
Mansory’s new Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG is a devil draped in carbon fiber. As far as looks are concerned, the car has the potential to charm the deep pockets of Hollywood, no doubt. Peel off the skin and you have a pretty standard CLS 63 AMG, however Mansory does pump up the motor a bit. The 6.2 liter, AMG V8 engine is tuned to produce 640 bhp. So, if you are a fan of those massively flared wheel arches and the sculpted coupe-like body, then this could fit the bill.
An all black body kit, mostly in carbon fiber add to the visual appeal of the car. The wheel arches are filled with shiny 20- inch wheels. The front bumper gets wider air-intakes and so does the hood which also has a pair of vents. Towards the rear, things aren’t much different. A carbon fiber boot spoiler should do the job fairly well along with the rear diffuser, also crafted out of the wonder material which should keep the car on the tarmac. All said, the latest Mansory creation isn’t as terrible as some their previous creations. In fact, the Mansory CLS 63 AMG is rather enticing.
