Lamborghini released a new promotional video for the Aventador filmed in the company’s home country capital, Rome. The promo clip takes the Aventador on a visit to all of Rome’s landmarks, including the Colosseum, the Pantheon and the Vatican. Lamborghini’s new commercial for the Aventador is clearly trying to send a message and emphasize on the company’s Italian roots and identity. As some of you may not know that Lambo is actually owned by the Germans from Volkswagen.
Unveiled back in February, the Aventador is Lamborghini’s replacement for the Murcielago. It’s powered by a 700 hp 6.5-liter V12 engine that can take it from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 2.9 seconds. Lambo says the Aventador can reach a top speed of 350 km/h.
