Hennessey Performance once amazed us once again with their very well tuned Lotus Exige called the Venom GT. This Super Hot car has been debuted at the McCall Motor works Revival.

This was part of the buildup for the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, and features the Lotus super car announcement with all of its 1,200 horsepower greatness. Hennessey plans to produce five of these cars per year at a price of $950,000.

It may sound like a lot for a Lotus Exige, but with the sports car holding a 6.2-liter V8 power plant producing 1,200 horsepower and 1,155 lb-ft of torque, we are for sure some very rich car enthusiast will pick this beast up. The Hennessey Performance car project for the Venom GT will result in a sprint time of 0 to 60 mph in just 2.5 seconds, while reaching a top speed of 275 mph (443 km/h).

As John Hennessey said in press release, “It is a driver’s car, a super car with a soul that will give you as much speed and performance as you dare ask of it”.
