The tuning business…well, these folks are in a much worse state, as notable firms are fading away one after another from the U.S. marketplace. In these financially trying times, a couple of rash enthusiasts decided to organize an event where tuner cars, race cars and production models get together to compete against one another on a famous racetrack.
