BMW 7series On A Glowing Wheels?

We’ve seen BMW Pickup Truck and now here we have a BMW 7series rolling with glowing Wheels.

This Youtube video was brought to our attention by one of our Facebook Fan. It is definitely screaming look at me, but the real question here is if these glowing wheels are necessary?
