Though the new 2013 SRT Viper GTS and the recently unveiled 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray are not straight competitors just yet, these two cars are set to be fight for the American supercar supremacy in the next years and that is deceptively all SRT wants it to be.
Even though Chevrolet has confirming that Chevrolet has planned to sell this new Corvette Stingray through much of Europe, Chrysler now has verified that it has no any plans to send the Viper GTS to Europe in the near future.
This is really a major achievement for Chevrolet that has set to go through the U.K market this year, in which due to the nonattendance of the previous SRT Viper GTS, the really new Corvette Stingray will have no direct rivals.
Unfortunately, it’s uncertain why Chrysler has made a surprising decision. But we can only guess that the American firm does not have confidence in their new “hand-made” supercar to become successful across the Atlantic.
