I am the Scion FR-S Concept and you can’t do anything about it. This is what the car appears to say in the first two leaked photos prior to the official debut from the 2011 New York Auto Show.
Looking at the photos I must admit that the car looks way better than its sister model, the Toyota FT-86 II Concept, unveiled back in March at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. As you can see the car features a completely new front fascia with a humongous centered air intake,
New headlights wit LED daytime running lights, a new rear with redesigned tail lamps as well as a new rear air diffuser.
The design is completed by a new set of multi spoke black wheels. Although we don’t know anything about the technical part, the car will receive the same engine as the FT-86 II Concept, which means it will be powered by a free-revving boxer petrol engine with a compact and lightweight six-speed manual transmission.
Also, we expect the Scion FR-S Concept to be rear wheel-drive, but about its debut date we have to wait for the official press release, which will be released later today
