Typically the tuners at ABT focus on the VW projects, but this time they came to the Geneva Motor Show with a new 600 horsepower Audi R8 V10 Spyder. The German tuning firm pulled 620 hp to be exact, and the Audi R8 looks better than ever.
It received a red paint job with black styling throughout, along with many carbon fiber parts. Some to name include the front skirt, rear skirt, windscreen cover, air scoops, and the engine bay finished with carbon. These aftermarket parts help reduce the weight of the Audi sports car, while the flagship vehicle received new wheels measuring either 19 or 20-inches. Performance specifications come next.
ABT was able to obtain the 600 plus ponies with the addition of a sport exhaust system and engine tuning to the 5.2-liter V10. This increased the Audi R8′s output from 525 hp to 620 hp, and the track numbers are pretty impressive. The car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds, while reaching a top speed of 320 km/h. An extra taut suspension kit was installed to handle the boost in power. Inside the Audi you will find the same black and red theme, along with several carbon fiber parts on the door trims and dash.
